Welcome to The Only Pants! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for selling items on our platform. By listing and selling on The Only Pants, you agree to abide by these terms to ensure a safe and secure experience for sellers, buyers, and our company.

1. Seller Eligibility

To sell on The Only Pants, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Provide accurate registration details, including a valid email address and payment information.

• Agree to comply with all platform rules and policies.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

2. Listing & Selling Process

• All listings must be submitted via the Only Pants seller form.

• Sellers choose their own price for items.

• Listings are subject to a 24-hour review period before being published.

• Items remain listed until sold or removed by the seller.

What We Provide:

• We handle all administrative tasks related to posting, listing, and ongoing marketing of products.

• We offer free branding and promotional efforts to help maximize your sales.

3. Payment & Fees

Sellers can choose between:

• Ad hoc payments per listing (one-time fee per item).

• Subscription-based selling (monthly fee for unlimited listings).

Commission: If applicable, we may deduct a small commission on each sale, which will be transparently outlined before listing.

4. Safe & Secure Transactions

• Payments are processed securely via our payment provider.

• Buyers and sellers must follow final sale instructions to ensure a smooth transaction.

• Discretion is key – sellers should follow guidelines to protect their personal information.

5. Quality Assurance & Compliance

To maintain a safe and trustworthy marketplace, sellers must:

• Ensure that items meet minimum quality standards (no damage, clean presentation, accurately described).

• Ship products in discreet packaging to maintain buyer privacy.

• Follow all final sale procedures promptly after purchase.

Bans & Enforcement

• Failure to meet quality standards may result in a temporary or permanent ban.

• Violation of platform rules (e.g., selling prohibited items, scams, non-compliance with shipping policies) will result in immediate removal.

6. Prohibited Items & Conduct

Sellers CANNOT list:

• Items that violate local laws.

• Items that are misrepresented (e.g., not accurately described).

• Any explicit content beyond the agreed terms of sale.

Sellers must not:

• Attempt to bypass the platform’s payment system.

• Engage in fraudulent or misleading behavior.

• Harass buyers or engage in unprofessional conduct.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• The Only Pants will never share or sell your personal information.

• Buyers and sellers must respect each other’s privacy and confidentiality.

• Do not include personal contact details in listings.

8. Dispute Resolution & Refunds

• All sales are considered final unless a dispute is raised.

• Buyers can report an issue within 48 hours of receiving an item.

• Disputes will be handled by The Only Pants customer support team on a case-by-case basis.

9. Liability Disclaimer

• The Only Pants is a facilitator, not the direct seller.

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once shipped.

• We do not guarantee the success of any listing or sale.

10. Updates & Changes

• We may update these terms at any time. Sellers will be notified of significant changes.
